My case is at CSC, today is my 5 months wait.

I called today and that is what they told me: Wait 90 more days

Is this seriously what it has come to now? 8 months for NOA2?

The has to be the pinnacle of USCIS's flawed system :ranting:

Have you tried contacting your Congressman, and Senators yet, to see if they can send an inquiry?? It IS an election year, and sometimes the scrutiny of a willing Representative could help! I wish you the best of luck...I'm a November filer, anxiously waiting!!! :(

I'm a July K-1 filer who has already contacted my Congressman. As of January 6, he was told it would be at least another 30 days -_-

Read the letter from USCIS.

The letter will say "Notice of Action" which means NOA.

Since this will be the first NOA, so it's called NOA1

Hi,

How can I know that I have NOA1? I filed my I-130 last January 19, 2012 to USCIS but no response yet until today. Any idea please. Your comments is highly appreciated. Thanks!
