File the K-1(if you are ready), you have the next 5 to 8 months to worry about getting the I-134 affidavit of support is for the US Embassy or Consulate where your beneficiary will interview. USCIS doesnt need this form.

Also to be absolutely sure on what the Embassy or Consulate wants as supporting documents with the I-134, email or call them and ask ^_^

The U.S. citizen petitioner must meet a minimum income requirement that is the poverty level set by Congress every February. The current requirements are listed below:

Brian I think your link only shows 100% poverty level which is fine if he is in the Armed forces. Check this one out that shows 125%. http://www.filipinafianceevisa.com/I-864P.pdf

Mr. Tran - please do google search on I-864P. Soonish. The guidelines listed there are the same as what's used with the I-134, the affadavit of support utilized for a K-1 visa on interview day in HoChiMihn City.

However, if you are just filing the I-129F todayish-

please note you not need any financials on submittal.

I'm thinking, though - you might need an English reader, to help you with the forms and form instructions, todayish - SOMEONE THAT YOU TRUST.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
