I'm pretty sure that most processing getting done in Juarez these days is electronic processing. If your case number begins with MEP, you probably won't get a physical invitation letter—just a PDF file sent via email. That's all you need. You can find packet 4 (which contains details of what you need to do before your interview) at this link:

If your case number begins with CDJ, I think you'll get a physical invitation letter.

You can call, but the information they provide is worthless. I called once to see if they had sent out the invitation letter and they said no. We got it a few days later.
