Hi everyone! My wife and I were married in Ottawa on 12-3-2011 and we are just starting down the visa road. I will probably have a lot of basic questions along the way and any help will be appreciated!

My question right now pertains to section 21 in the I-130. It asks for the last address that we lived together. We have not lived together other than visits I have made to Canada of less than 2 weeks duration. Can I fill in this section with the words "have not lived together" or is there a better solution?

Thanks in advance for any help offered!

Tony

In our petition, I put "N/A," as the instructions stated, "Answer all questions fully and accurately. State that an item is not applicable with 'N/A.' If the answer is none, write 'none.'"

Well,

We put the address of where we were staying the last time, be that her apartment, our hotel or her parents home. We had no problems. My visits were around 10 days per visit. The term "living together" is a bit ambiguous....use that to your advantage.

I had problems with that question as well. I "lived" with my then fiance for a month here and a month there, but how to define "lived" was very difficult, especially since she was working in 3 different states in 6 months. There line between "lived" and "visited" is very blurry. I just put the last address at which we both lived together for more than one month.
