This may be a silly question but what kind of package do you put the I-129F forms in. Is there a paticular package UCSIS like?

A large envelope that fits the I-129F forms and all your evidence. Then you mail it.

Your forms should be paper clipped together and the payment on top.

YES there is a format the USCIS likes, they like it SO much that whatever you do before you send the forms THEY will put it in their folders after it arrives.

Anything more than paper clips and an evelope is a waste of time and money

Send it USPS with delivery confirmation. You do NOT need a return receipt and there is no rush to get something there that will take 5-6 months to process.

That is a great question; I am mailing mine today and was looking all over for this answer!

I use USPS Priority envelopes...the kind that are light cardboard and maybe 9x12 inches. I also put the papers in an old file folder just to squish them together and make it easier to slide into the Priority envelope without crinkling pages. Delivery confirmation is included in the price. I agree it's a waste of money to overnight with FedEx or pay for return receipt.
