Getting AOS last pieces of AOS packet together

Hello all, I am just finishing up the last few things that I need to get together for our AOS,EAD,AP packet. I just want to confirm that since my Fiancees dad is acting as the actuall AOS sponsor, I wont need my Fiancee to fill out an addition AOS form? Also since im filing under section ©(9) is the below listed adress correct for express post mailing? Lastly is there other sugestions or tips for things to include or do before its sent.

Sorry but the petitioner is required to fill out and supply forms and evidence for the affidavit of support. Even if they are using a co-sponsor.

As Inky asid, the USC ALWAYS completes and I-864, even if they don't earn enough. Then a joint sponsor also completes one.

I also hope she's your WIFE not fiancee.

Yes she is my Wife I am so used to writting Fiancée on here.. Haha... I have read your AOS thread a few times and it is very helpful(you should update the 'dates' to show what is still current ect..) This paperwork gets overwhelming and confusing sometimes just because I read so many different ways of filing these forms, Some people say to do somethings and then others say to do it different.. Haha.. So I will have my Wife fill out another AOS for with the required evidence.

Unfortunately I can't update the OP (which is what I would want to do because not many people read the thread to check for updates). The fee is $1070 just as an FYI.. that' the one part I would like to update the most.
