Most people with spousal visas have called the NVC to get their interview date. Have you tried calling them at all to see what the hold up is? That would usually be the first thing one would do.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

True, I called and called. The last time I called, the lady told me I could call back as many times as I wanted and we could expect a date within a week. I got an email the same afternoon with the date. Best to call before 9:30 am or in the evening I think, in order to speak to a person.

Alas, NVC really will not 'call you via telephone' with any news, good or bad.

Usually, though, the USCitizen Petitioner will actually call in to NVC, talk with a Human, and ask about

--case complete or no?

--final review complete, or no?

--when the casefile got into the scheduling queue

--when to expect the interview to be scheduled

--when the monthly scheduling process will occur.

At most, a Visa Applicant, the Foreign Spouse, will receive an email with the interview appointment letter. Maybe. Sometimes. After a bit, as well, the Visa Applicant might receive a postal letter with the interview appointment inside.

What were your expectations after 'case complete' timetick at NVC?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

For the spouse of a US citizen, priority dates have no bearing on when your interview will be. When NVC completes the case, they'll schedule your interview in due course without regard for your priority date.
