Hello,

I am going to start filling the application for my suppose, I have a lot of questions.

first: do I have to fill out all the questions on the I-130? even if they do not apply to my suppose? like (C-11) it ask about previous marriages, she was never married before, so would I need to write "n/a"? or leave it in blank?

The other question I have is, we got married in the US last year, but she returned to her home country days after our marriage, where she is right now waiting for the whole process to start, she came with a tourist visa (never over stay) question (C-14) does this apply to her? (She is not here anymore)

Thank you

For questions that don't relate to her just put NONE or NA..

there are example forms on here that you can see. and sorry but I dont about your second question

Be very careful with this. There is a BIG difference between "None" and "N/A".

Use "None" if the answer is none, use "N/A" if the question is not applicable to you. USCIS will RFE you for errors with this.

Thank you

You put "n/a" which means "Not Applicable" (which you can also put). If your wife is living in Panama you put "not applicable" for C14.
