Merry Xmas to everyone

I have a question if somebody can help me

Me and my fiance have filed for a K1 visa but I want to go and see her soon hopefully, would I get any problems at POE if anyone could shed light for me.

Try to bring as much proof as possible showing your ties & intention

to return to your country at the end of your visit would be my guess :star:

who are you? Citizen or beneficiary?

If you are the foreign beneficiary then you can visit provided you have some other means to enter the US (VWP or visitor visa) AND you have some evidence with you that you will return from your visit. There are perhaps 1,325,678 threads on this issue here at this site. A forum search will reveal some suggested evidence to bring. NEVER lie to a CBP officer upon entry.

The entry into the US by a foreign person, not a citizen, is ALWAYS subject to the disgression of the CBP officer at the POE, even if you have a green card! No one here can say "Yeah, no problem" But they can advise on how to prepare.

If you are the US citizen going to visit a foreign fiance(e)...no problem returning.

Yes, a letter from your employer would help, along with any other proof that you have ties to your home country, such as mortgage/lease documents. Good luck!!!

Well I have a good job in the UK and I plan to return since I'm currently waiting for our NOA2 so thank you for shed light, would a letter from my empolyer help?

a letter from your employer stating that you are due back at work on a certain date, a return ticket, and pack lightly if you can. most from the UK dont seem to have any real problems but you can never guarantee entry. just be honest when asked questions and you should be ok.
