So Here is the chart for August with Paisaman's numbers for last week. As you can see the bulk of the processing has been in the first half of the month.AtxdB.jpg

Thanks, these charts are very useful, but I wonder what percentage of I-130s are other relatives or petitions from LPRs..

That seems to be the only obstacle to reading the numbers here correctly.

12/5/11: NOA1

4/25/12: Case Transferred to Local Office (DC) for "Additional Processing"

4/27/12: Case Received at Local Office

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

NVC

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

9/11/12: ERROR MESSAGE! biggrin.png

9/13/12: AOS and IV bill INVOICED, Made AOS and IV bill payments, Mailed AOS and IV paperwork via USPS Priority Mail

9/14/12: AOS/IV marked as PAID

9/17/12: AOS delivered

9/20/12: IV delivered

9/25/12: AOS reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: IV reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: CASE COMPLETE11/27/12: Received Interview Date

01/11/13: Interview in San Salvador

03/15/13: 2nd Interview in SNS due to delayed medical report

I-601

3/21/13: Mailed to lockbox

3/22/13: Received at lockbox

9/25/13: APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep. Last week even with the holiday was great volume. If they continue this week should be up to 8/22-23

I'll have to find out exactly how you do what you do. When you get your NOA2 next week, I'll still need to check up for the next 4 months ;)

I've seen a couple of early Septembers roll in.. Will be interesting to see how quickly they move the bulk from August to September.

2012-06-18 : AOS confirmed delivered via USPS in NVC

07/12/12 - Received case #, IIN, and BIN, gave e-mail addresses

07/13/12 - E-mailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's e-mail address

07/23/12 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID

07/24/12 - DS-3032 accepted, IV bill invoiced & PAID

07/25/12 - AOS bill appears as PAID, IV bill appears as PAID, AOS Package sent, IV Package sent

07/26/12 - AOS and IV Packages delivered to NVC

08/01/12 - AOS/I-864 accepted, Checklist Issued for DS-230

08/13/12 - Responded to Checklist

08/20/12 - IV accepted, Case Complete

09/14/12 - Interview date Assigned (Interview Date: 10/04/12)

Medical/US Consulate/POE:

Thanks but my question NVC process 129F(k3) or i-130 because both approve same time and by chance if you know how long that will take??

From my reading they will administratively close the I129 and proceed with the I130.

More experienced members please correct me if I am wrong :)

As far as timeline, NVC can take a few weeks depending on your submissions, but the embassy will depend on your local policies and timelines. Good info here in the country portals where you can find comparable timelines.

wow the most is for augest 22! Im augest 22 so do you think its really soon for me or do you think their eventually going to stop halfway through and go to a different part of the month and forget about me until another month or so? :( lol ugh even though those numbers look good Its getting very hard for me these days to stay optimistic...

4/09/2012: NVC Recieved

4/24/2012: Got NVC Case# and Invoice ID#

4/25/2012: Sent DS-3032 email and Paid AOS fee

4/26/2012: AOS fee showed "paid"

5/2/2012: Sent AOS Package and NVC accepted DS-3032 email

5/4/2012: Received and Paid IV fee

5/7/2012: Sent IV Package

5/14/2012: Case Complete at NVC!

6/6/2012: NVC Left!!

Beirut Lebanon Consulate

7/11/2012: Interview!!

Result: My husband is put in Administrative processing :(

8/17/2012: Embassy called my husband to bring the pasport for the visa!! :D
