Hey all!

I have some questions......

1 We have filed for a K1 visa

2. I was denied on VWP Jan. 2009

3. Reason for this is one day over stay in Dec. 2008 due to Canada, they thought I was planning to stay due to that I forgot to print a bankstatemnt as well as the return ticket ( which I had exytended one time, return from SF)

4. Its lng ago now--- and wondered if I could get a visa if I left without my son and he wa sbehind in Euope while I visited for 1-2 weeks in the new year before the K1 is processed.

5.I could bring proof, of savings.........rental agreement.....own business.......( less though), custody and that son is left alone ( best reason ever to return, for him........)

6. I could bring proof of NOA1 for K1 to show that its in process

7. I could bring proof of documents received during the that entry and why where it states that I was on the way to visit the love of my life........( my fiance)

8. I could swear that I will return, but I dont right now have a fixed job. Like everyday over a year etc.

( my son is the perfect example)

9. I wa denied a B2 summer of 2008 due to lack of ties, but that time I didnt even know what kind of documentation I needed to bring and brought almost nothing, not even a bank statemnt

10 Due to VWP denial, I can t use that again---

THANKFUL FOR ANY ADVICE AND SHARED EXPERIENCES!

THANK YOU!

You can absolutly apply for a tourist visa, nothing stopping you and it sounds like you have strong ties. Although your post indicates questions, I didn't actually see any listed. Do you have a specific question?

Good luck

Thank you so much. Yes, why not try----- but if it got denied, I wonder how it would affect future applications-.

I am registered as moved out of my birth country Norway and to the uk in 2006.b ut I ve been spending much time in Norway recently and worked at times-- though maybe i neeed to change my official addrees to noray and not the uk...

i can also get a letter from a friend in the us explaining my nature ( eperson) an dguaranteeing that i will leave..

the k1 process has been delayed so thats why it would be nice to have a b2 to visit meanwhile :) though they will know that i am in a relationship etc... but leaving my son behind in europe should be a string tie--i wouled NEVER be without him-------

10. is incorrect.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
