may kakilalal po ako na out of status dito...6 months na syang out of status at nagpakasal sa green card holder so para daw mas mabilis ang pagpetition nag apply ang green card holder para maging usc..natatakot ang kaibigan ko sa interview kasi out of status sya...hmmmm dadaraan pa ba sya sa mga hearing??anong magandang gawin nya??salamat...

magiging mahirap ba ang pagpetition sa kanya dahil out of status sya....pero nung kinasal sila ay legal pa sya dito..ayaw lang ipetition ng asawa nya kasi baka lokihin lang daw nya..pero ngayon ngdesisyon na siya na ipition na ang kaibigan ko...

malaki ba anag chance nya na madeport baka daw hindi sya makapasa sa interview eh??ano ang mga dapat nialang gawin??salamat..

I think they are saying they are out of status for 6 months, but they dont say from which visa, and they married a green card holder and want to know will that be a problem, will they get approved, will they be deported, and what should they do?, please help, thank you. I am not qualified in any language to answer this, so i will let someone else take over...

That seems to be the jist of that Google Translate can decipher..

If she is married to a LPR and in the US she cannot adjust in country as there is no Visa number instantly available for Spouse of LPR.

If her husband can file for Naturalization then he should so that she can adjust in country.

Info OP posted in another thread in another forum. entered on tourist visa June 26th, married LPR on Nov 23. spouse filed for citizenship Nov 27, OP's I-94 will expire Dec 23rd.

Wala siyang magiging problema kung mag aapply ngayon sya lalo pa at kinasal sila nung legal pa sya. Form I-130 petition for relative ang kailangan niya.

Tell her not to worry as long as you are married to the person who petition you, there is no problem.
