Hi! Thank you very much! I just called USCIS and oh my God the agent was the most annoying person I ever talked on the phone! He sounded like he was half asleep half awake. No fun and wasn't nice at all. When I told him about my concern he said, " Ok, Ma'am are you done?" What the heck! It pissed meoff. I think he really had no idea the stress we all feel about our GC just to be with the people we love! He showed no sound of concern at all and he said if you have other concern about your case please don't hesitate to contact us, so scripted and his voice was grrr... Whatever! Thank you very much for your help!

Merry Christmas and congratulations to you too!

When you file for removal of conditions later on in 2 years. The same thing will happen again. lol you will get 2 notification of production. Just keep that in mind good.gif I think their notification system is pretty broken.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

I think the first happens when the IO approves the case/card production in the local office or service center. The second happens when the card production facility processes that order. Then, of course, it fall BACKWARDS to Post Decision Activity.

That is pretty normal. My wife and stepson both received notifications the day of the interview that their greencards had entered production. About two or three days later, we received the same message again. The status then changed to "post-decision activity" ... we received the greencards a few days later.

Congratulations!
