Hi VJ's I was in Guam as my Port Of Entry and the Immigration officer told me that the I am legal to work

in US as soon as I arrive in the mainland do you have any idea about this? I appreciate any comments about this.

No you are not legal to work. You will need an EAD or your GC to work legally. You can however apply for a SSN (as long as there is more than 2 weeks left on your I-94) but it will say "valid with DHS Authorization" (which is the EAD or GC)

You will be legal to work, but you first have to file your AOS and wait 3 months for your work authorisation to come through.

7th Oct - Married

10th Oct - AOS Filed
