** I HAVE MY FIANCE', 1 BIOLOGICAL DAUGHTER, 1 STEPDAUGTER WITH FIANCE'

** STEPDAGHTER IS 8 YRS OLD, BIOLOGICAL DAUGHTER IS 1.5 YRS OLD

** I HAVE ONLY FILLED OUT A G325A FOR ALL PARTIES INVOLVED, NOTHING ELSE

** STEPDAUGHTERS BIO-FATHER IS NOT IN PICTURE, NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN ANY CONSENT FORMS AND EVEN IF

HE WAS AVAILABLE HE WOULD NOT SIGN THEM DUE TO ENVY AND JUST TO BE A JERK, DOES NOT CARE FOR HER OR HER WELL BEING!

** MY QUESTION IS, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, WHAT FORMS ARE NEEDED AND WHAT IS POSSIBLE SCENARIO?

Your biggest problem is going to be inability to get the consent from the Bio-father.

I would suggest finding the Region specific sub-forum and asking there about meeting this requirement in Columbia when the location of the bio-father is unknown.

Yep, this is key. Money usually helps to alleviate the problem. Most folks, especially with troublesome other parent suggest to forego the visa petition UNTIL you have the notarized document from the parent authorizing the child to permanently immigrate to the US. The word permanently must be included.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
