I am speechless.wacko.gif.It seems solid relationship, no fraud things, and no result of the interview? Some people here who have been courting their significant others just a year and got approval. I do really need an explanation about this.crying.gif

I don't want to bother you with my curiosity, but these things pop up in my head.

  • Did she answer all the questions?
  • I might be wrong but this is first time I've heard that local CO interviewed the beneficiary (unless the CO already USC)
  • What kind questions the CO asked for?

Another poster have said that you will hear very soon your approval. Just keep us be informed.

i had tons of evidence too that i brought on my interview day. but none was asked and just took me 2 and a half hours for my interview. filipino and american interviewers are also friendly and casual. maybe you should ask your partner what was the instruction to her by the interviewer. might be miscomunications only.

I agree with this. Maybe your fiancee misunderstood and I'm sure nervous. From what you wrote: Youre Fiancee is 99.9% Approved. .. The miscommunication might be what your fiancee told you. I'm sure she was nervous. But they took all her paperwork and Passport. Again, I see a Visa in the mail coming soon.

I heard one VJ's on the same boat: no word of approval or 221g form.

She applied for a tourist visa in the past but she was rejected then fiancee visa followed. She thinks that they are scrutinizing her records because of that first failed attempt to get in the US.

Keeping the passport is a good thing. That typically means approval is imminent. Just some details to clear up.

FWIW, fees are what supports this process, not general tax revenues.

ha simple u do not need to reply to my post as ur post has nothing to do with what im posting about go start ur own post and talk ###### to ur self

I don't want to bother you with my curiosity, but these things pop up in my head.

she only spoke with the filipino interviewer answered all questions was only asked for 2010 tax returns and my name, how we meet about my devorce and that is really it. She never has applied for a visa before this is first time she has ever applied,

than the filipino talked to the american interviewer and just said that she will be contacted by email or phone unless it is approved she never spoke to the american interviewer at all

FWIW, fees are what supports this process, not general tax revenues.

i understand that it is funded by all the fee's they charge which i have no problem with it but it is still a goverment agency

Hope that is only the case Anh map Thanks

its just so frustrating after all the waiting

Not relevent to the OP in this case. Were not talking about other cases since they all differ. Replies should be focused on the information supplied and NO Assumptions made. (This includes taxes, tourists Visas).

sorry if my words were harsh but all i can say is this process is so frustrating once u think ur at the end of the process it just gets dragged on and on and on. and even more frustrating u can not just call up the person handling ur case and fix any concerns might be and not even a 221 g or nothing so its like just left up in the air

hope every one the best of luck really
