hello guys my wife she decide to apply for an expidite

our story is:

first we got out NOA1 on 6 september 2011 and till now nothing new.

anywayz is that reason work to sumbit an expidite???

my wife she is the us citizen and her mom she is the only one take care of her. my wife she hav a probleme with her kidney and every day she hav to took medecin and every 6 weeks she have to go to the docteur and do a blood test and sometimes take shots , and lately her mom had a probleme electrique in her head and she cant drive anymore because sometimes when she drive she feel in shok in her head and my wife she is only 18 and half. and she have probleme in her eyes so she cant get a driver lesson. so our expidite its going to be that she needs me there to take car of her... and all the pappers she can get them from her docteur and her mom docteur so is that acceptable in the uscis to accept our expidite??? thanks and i hope to get a real answer because i feel so bad she is there and im here thank you!

plus everyday from monday to friday she hav to go to school and her mom cant drive a car

I doubt they'll expedite because you're not a slave or maid. They've been doing perfectly well without you. Your wife's health/condition hasn't changed. By all means TRY but I doubt it.
