Is there anyway we can find the best "To Lawyer or not?" Question and pin it? It seems it gets asked once a day at leas.t

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

I agree - lately I've seen it 2 or 3 times a day!!

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

I have seen posts where people have referred to www.aila.org which is an organization of immigration attornies. This is a choice that everyone must make for themselves and I am sure depends on their individual situation. They must themselves make the decision on what is best for them.
