K-1 AOS

These may be silly questions, but here we go: Will we get a RFE for the EAD when submitting with our AOS (for not submitting documents for EAD)? We forgot to submit the supporting documents for the EAD but sent everything for the I-485 (g-1145, photo, k-1 passport, visa, birth certificate, police certificate, certified copy of marriage license, I-797, G325, I-693, DS-3025, I-694, pay stubs, tax return). A big oversight on our part

If the packet is rejected, would we need to send another sealed envelope of the I-693? I'm presuming they will open the one submitted with the original package.

What happens when the I-94 expires while waiting on the AOS to be processed?

I did the same and they approved everything....you'll have the documents if they do send an RFE.

The I-94 expiring is a nonissue since you have now applied for AOS.

Did you send the I-765 form? You forgot the bio page of your passport which is required for EAD. They might let it slide.
