I'm not hoping for NOA2 right now.. I will definitely get RFEs so I can't wait to get my RFE.. and send them right back the next day... and being approved after 1 week! hahahaha Time like this all we can do is LMFAO for no reason..

I'm at 6 months since my NOA1...getting more and more depressed. I leave in 2 days for a month to be with my fiance. Wish I had some good news to give her when I see her, but it doesn't look like that will be happening. Filed a service request, didn't help. Contacted my local congressman, didn't do anything. Meet with a local immigration officer using InfoPass, didn't do anything. Emailed VSC, no response. I've done all that I can. Nothing left for me to do. Just so sad...

6 months, 5 days from NOA1 to NOA2; No RFE's.

Contacted local congressman to help expedite case at VSC for NOA2. (Definitely helped!)

I am in the same boat, next tuesday is six months, and still no NOA2, but that same day I leave for the Philippines to be with my sweetie for 10 days, wahoooooo, happy happy happy and the goverment can kiss my ...., right now time to enjoy Christmas with my honey and her family, with a little luck she will be here for next christmas hehehe Life is good :)
