So, after speaking to my fiance again - he said that the original woman (not the interviewer) gave him a white packet with the medical results in it and told him to not open it, and to hold on to it, b/c he will need it for immigration once he gets to his POE. Ummmm aren't they supposed to MAIL that to him with his passport? Is that going to mess anything up?

The medical packet you received probably consisted of CD . t should suppose to be like that. Later you get one more packet along with your passport once you approved. So no worries......................

The instructions say that your fiance is supposed to, literally, hand carry that packet UNOPENED through Customs at the POE. I got my instructions from my local USCIS office. She wrote everything down for me, because this process is the most confusing adventure I have ever tried to figure out. Good Luck!

No it is not going to mess anything up. In Australia we get a package with our passport (visa inside) and an envelope which is the medical and all your paperwork from the 129f petition. We carry this with us and guard it with our life and NOOOOO don't open it , hand it over to CO at POE and then they will open it ask a few questions remind you about getting married and then they send that off to USCIS here in the states.

Your fiance's country is different and he got his at interview so he keeps that safe and carry it in a bag with him on the plane not in his luggage must be carry on with him.

No, no, no to everybody who didn't go through London. It's a CD with the x-ray on it. It's not needed at POE or for any further immigration purposes. You can open the envelope. It's yours to keep for your personal medical information should you ever want to know how your lungs looked in 2011.
