Hi alll! I am mailing our package today! I'm a little nervous as I am not on the house mortgage -- my husband bought the house before I got here. All we have separate bank accounts despite sharing our finances. We have everything else though. Joint cars, insurance, bills and taxes. But these two things worry me. It's just how we live our life. I'd really rather not get an RFE.

We will see! But hi and I'm on the list for today! Vermont service centre. :)

Oh wow I didn't realise that biometrics would be done so quickly. Hopefully once I send my I-751 early next week we will manage to get the biometrics in before our baby arrives! :blink:

Hi all,

Beth and I will not be able to send our form in until close to the end of the month. But as we got the friendly reminder from the USCIS (in double duplicate*) today reminding us of the approaching date, I figure it's time to start compiling the packet and seeing what all of you are up to.

*Two identical letters to Beth and two identical letters to our daughter. Go figure.

We got 3 reminders for Ian.. to our previous address, even though we filed an AR-11 for our address change. Isn't immigration fun? :)

Almost nobody from CSC got biometrics letters. Doh! Hope it will at least be before Christmas.

It's not as unbalanced as it looks. If you look at the initial dates people sent their packages, the vast majority of the people who mailed on the 8th or earlier have received their biometrics notices, and the vast majority of people who sent after the 8th have not. It's just funny that we have these alternating date bands, where most of the VSC applicants sent before the 9th, and most of the CSC applicants sent theirs after.
