on the checklist of packet-3 they ask for evidence of relationship

Does this mean evidence on her end for my fiancé i guess. Like, correspondence, more photos etc ???

any input on this please,Thanks

Interview date for jun26-2006 _ 03/13/2006 packet-4

fiance got her VISA on 06/26/2006 1:00pm

fiance wating for carta blanca/Permiso de salida from cuban Gov 07/2006

fiance receive carta blanca or exit permit from Cuban Gov 07/31/06

I am in the process to finalize everything and book the airline ticket one way to Miami baby

Fiance arriving on 08-22-06 From HAV,CUBA ....

Fiance arrive at Mia on 08/22/06 1230pm eastern

Mailed off AOS, EAD on 09/27/2006

package delivered at 5:21 am on September 29, 2006 in chicago,IL lock box

10/25/06 apply for SSN /she should be getting one in two weeks

11/01/06 receive email status from uscis Work auth is in the mail

Received NOA1 notices for AOS, EAD on 10/10/2006

Biometrics appointment on 10/21/2006 in hialeah Gardens,Fl

10/25/06 apply for SSN / should be getting SSN in two weeks

11/01/06 receive email status fromn uscis Work auth is in the mail

11/03/06 receive SSN number/car

11/06/2006 receive EAD CARD

11/06/2006 I-485 transfer to CSC Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident .I485 approved

green card in the mail on 11/29/06

Receive Green card/welcome letter 12/04/06 .I am done for the moment ,Thank Go

Mail I751 removing conditions on Resident card 08/25/2008

05/07/2009 permanet resident card in the mail I-551 GREEN CARD

07/03/2009 new greencard arrive good for ten years

PHOTOGRAPHS - any old photographs of yourself with your American sponsor.

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATION - showing your name and the petitioner

CORRESPONDENCE - old letter with their envelopes, from, to , or about you.

REMITTANCES - old remittances if derected to you and sent by the sponsor.

OTHER DOCUMENTS - any documents issued you by a government or other body, such as identity cards, ration cards, work permits, licenses of any sort,membership cards, passports, visas, exit permits, tenancy agreements household registration, etc.

June 15, 2009 - Notice Date

June 19, 2009 - Recieved NOA

July 15, 2009 - Scheduled for biometrics

Sept 21, 2009 - Scheduled for Interview ....Passed the interview test

Oct. 16, 2009 - Oath taking

Also any correspondence, cards, emails etc from your fiance's family and vice versa can be beneficial. Anything that shows you have an ongoing relationship/bonafide relationship.

My fiance just picked up his info packet in HAV just 2 days ago. Yes, they are asking for these things at the interview. I'm going to send him the entire packet I sent to Homeland Security. The petition packet has what I think is all of our best examples of a relationship in it since it did help us get approved. I'll also include other items I think are a close support like all of our other meetings in Argentina

well maybe is better for me to them again like i send on the original appl to CSC . letters for the past years from her to me showing dates and stamps from cuba . I will send them more photos ,phone bills etc

I already develop in HAV some new photos that my fiance has copies

on her end she can include all letters from me to her .post cards i been

sending and more photos .I guess to have too much can not be bad
