Hi all

Will any one tell me that what i will do now that only 13 days will let in the given time of Uscis form against I797E if they didn't give any response what we will do then as no one is picking a phone at customer services and only tape will be running.Now plz guide me what we will do.We have no clue now and we are losing hope.

we filed i-130 then on august 20 we get from USCIS a for of I797-E its a notice of action and they ask us to submit before 28 of oct we send all the evidence they are asking for now its only 12 days left if we didn't get there reply in this time or any recipt from them then our case will be dismiss.so i am asking that will anybody guide us i there any hope left for us or every thing is finished.

Your I-130 petition will not expire as long as you sent back the evidence on time. Keep trying to call USCIS.

You are saying you got an RFE for more evidence and you returned it in time ? If so your case will continue and they will look at it and either make a decision or send out another RFE. You should be fine.

thanks for reply .Yes we got REF and returned it in time but didn't get any receipt from them.Now only 8 days left i am in serious stress and start losing all the hopes.As we send them mail but no response,then we try to call on customer services but tape is running.Then my husband go there in there office and try to talk to officer he refuse to talk and saying that its better to come with appointment when my husband ask they say they don't have date before 31 of Oct and our due date will be 28 of Oct. don't know what to do.

To be very honest i start lossing all the hopes.There will be no hope left now .
