You send it to the address listed on the instructions.

Go to the USCIS website look up the 485 form and look at the instructions

I was reading about this same thing yesterday and I'm almost positive it's the Chicago lockbox address...

As they mentioned K-1, I think you mean the I-129F approval, not an I-130.
