okay, wow... Wishful thinking I guess.... I think we are exempt from biometrics. I just received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling.

Naturalization Journey

10/12/11: Sent N-400 to Dallas lockbox via USPS certified mail

10/18/11: Delivery confirmed

10/21/11: Check cashed

10/25/11: Got NOA by mail. Priority date 10/18

10/28/11: FP notice received by mail

11/18/11: FP done per schedule

01/03/12: Yellow letter received (dated 12/12/11)

01/06/12: Status changed to Testing and Interview (inline for scheduling)

01/18/12: Status changed to Interview Scheduled

01/21/12: IL Received

02/23/12: Interview: approved. Oath: completed

Phew, what a journey! I am a US Citizen.

02/27/12: Applied for U.S. Passport & Passport card

Yesterday we got an email saying I have been placed in cue :dance: Today I got the email, that I have been been scheduled for my oath ceremony and my letter is on the way :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Dang Joker, I was hoping you would get more then the "still under review #######". I waited I think about 140 some days before they finally sent me that email. I really hope they don't make you wait to much longer.

Joker did you check out the cheap immigration legal clinic at the downtown office yet? They really are very helpful and matter of fact.

You can check it out but at this point Joker needs to have an answer from USCIS. Don't think a Laywer or immigration clinci can do a lot right now. I believe USCIS has 120 days from the interview to make a decision so an answer should be there soon.
