I had my interview back in 2nd week of January, was issued RFE to which i responded first week of February and still nothing. Status still says " request of evidence". It will be three month next week that i had my interview and yet no decision. I had my info pass on April 4th and i was told to wait 30 days from that date to have decision on my case.

I guess we all just need to be patience and stay strong and let the faith decide.

Wow! unbelieveble ....yeah it's all in faith now, I dont really feel like doing no infopass ....I'll rather just keep on waiting will see what happens ...I'm so sorry to hear about you waiting for so long Best to Luck to you as well it will workout!...stay positive

Another week went by and no invite to the oath ceremony

It is now 91 days from my interview, we sent in a e-request and was told i'm approved and to just wait for my oath day I will get a letter 2 weeks before the ceremony. That was almost a month ago. So today we dropped off forms at the Congressman office and see what that will do. I don't have a problem waiting if they would just tell me what the heck I'm waiting for.

Unbelievable, we are here waiting for our oath ceremony letter and we get a letter from USCIS saying Farid's biometrics have expired so he is scheduled to go in for biometrics again. Then again we must wait. I will speak no further.

No because it only give one day to pick for on may 2nd and i can't cause I'm in school...but and also i try doing an e- request and it said ....Your application petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time! No bueno

Guess it's been 2weeks since my husband sent in the IRS account transcript and still no online update nor a letter saying anything at all so sending in my papers is put on hold until my husband gets his oat letter or some update Any advice at all would be much appreciated

I dropped my middle name and add it 'JR' is that maybe why is taking longer ?
