Follow the guides to the letter.

Don't forget anything.

Make sure your forms are up to date.

Make sure your Proof of Meeting is within two years.

Don't smoke or chew tobacco, its bad for you.

Disclose necessary pertinent things about your past.

I thought I did everything but they wanted another photograph of me, the sponsor. You can prep all you possibly can but you never know what happens on the other end. Maybe they drop a piece of paper and can't find it so then the onus is on you. It happens, but if you check everything 3x and don't leave anything blank, and make sure to include legible copies of everything, your chances of having an issue will decrease.

I am applying for a K1 visa and i want to make sure I include all the needed information to avoid getting a RFE notice. If any of you got one please tell me why.

I don't know if you have divorce(s) but I was advised they only needed the pages with the names, signatures, County clerk stamps, so that's what I sent. We recived an RFE stating : Pages appear to be missing from the divorce decree. When I sent the response I sent all 22 Pages.

no one can really answer that question for you because it all comes down to the person looking over your paper work. he/she can be a pain and tell you that they want more pics after you already sent in a sufficient amount.

just make sure you fill in all the forms and don't leave anything blank(na/ none in the correct spaces). go over all the example forms on this site. don't forget the letter of intent(use the one that's on this site) form you/and your fiancee has to be the original. the from 325 has to be the original from both of you. go over the rfe master list. and just prepare yourself for a 3 to 6 month wait.

if you would have seen my explanation of how I met my fiancee you would laugh because I was like I'm not writing a story so I wrote 5 sentence on a separate paper and sent that in because I was expecting an rfe for something else. I was approved without getting an rfe which was a complete surprise.

Yes, send all 22 pages. I included all of mine, like anyone cares who gets the dog. Same with a passport, it is ONE document and therefore ALL the pages must be copied, even if they are blank.
