My fiancee is in Hong Kong and I need proof of relationship since she has no access to internet. I just signed up with Rebtel calling card and bought $25. I have an important question about this. On my account, it does show my number and it also shows my fiancee name and duration of every call on the history, But it don't show her number. Is that a problem, and how can I fix it. What did you do when you used Rebtel? or instead of putting her name on file, do I put her number? what do I do, plz let me know asap and once again thanks for your info and help. Rebtel is a paying service so can anyone answer me?

I do not know anything about Rebtel. But I did want to share with you that we used Pingo. With Pingo it shows all of your calls on a log that you can print. It shows a billing record and everything and was very inexpensive and easy to use. So if you can't get your situation figured out with Rebtel, Pingo may be your best bet.

Best of luck!

Yes, Rebtel has a history, it shows the number called and the name you have associated with the number.

I know Rebtel has a history, but it only shows me my number and the named that I called, and duration of calls, it doesn't show her number on the call logs? unless you know any other way , is there?

I understand what you mean, I use rebtel also, the name of the person shows and duration, not the number...

What I did is to print the account page, displaying the number and the name of person associated with the number, then highlight it for easy identification. Then put this print out in front of the printed call records, which you have also highlighted your finace's call history....

Good luck....

Direct Dial shows the name you have associated with the number, Double Dial show the number dial, pick your choice.

Can you explain, what do you mean Direct dial show the name and number and what is double dial? is this for rebtel? can you let me know in detail plz?

I did not use Rebtel but the card I used showed details of numbers called. That is what I presented.

I use rebtel and had the same problem. I wanted my husbands number to show instead of his name... The problem is simple, where they ask for the name you put the number... Hope this helps.

but did help you? did you used this for the interview? did you get married yet?

this is what i did also.. i went to contact page of rebtel and highlighted my fiances name where it shows her original number.. i then also highlighted the rebtel number on my att bill for additional proof

then how come you was denied? if you used rebtel and you show them your bill and highlighted her name? i need to be sure...
