i need your guys help regarding i-864

here is my sisutations

i cam to usa in 2009 as a green card holder and filed 130 for my wife as a green card holder and she got approved and her priorty date is xx nov 2009 and nvc asking for i864 and i have new born baby he is only 6 month old

when i cam to usa in 2009 as a green card holder and i started my own business and im self employed

im selfemployed since 2009 in usa

in 2009 year i make $28000 usd .( didnt pay any tax) no knwoledge about tax

in 2010 year i make $30000 usd (didnt pay any tax) no knowledge about tax

iin 2011 till now i already make $ 33000( didnt pay any tax)no knowledge about tax but how i can pay now for 2011 before this year complete 2011 still didnt complete and nvc asking for 3 year tax return copy

now i want to make i864 but for i864 i have to pay the tax i have to pay the tex on 2009 ,2010 and 2011

and how much expansive should i put in my tax for 2009 that will not effect my poverty guidline should i make lot of expansive or should i make less expanse .how much profit should i put in 2009 and how much los should i put in 2009 that will not effect my poverty line in 2009 all year i made 28000 usd

I hate to say it, but you are trying to game the system. You should only be claiming actual expenses, and I have to tell you, if you think immigration fraud is a bad deal, just try tax evasion on for size--you don't know trouble until you are crossways with the IRS.

Just do it right, and then you are not risking everything...if you have to find a co-sponsor, so be it, but you don't risk the IRS's wrath, and they don't kid around.

yea.. i worked for IRS.. they are very helpful before Tax deadline.. but after april 15th.. forget about it..

ya.. saying you dont know about TAXs when you own your own business is not an excuse.. at least to IRS>. lol

but 2011 tax year is not over till Midnite Dec. 31st 2011.. Tax forms for 2011 will not be due till April 15th 2012..

feb. 2012 all W-2s go out to employees.. and forms are all due in April..

business may have other taxes.. sounds like you need to go to an Accountant..

they are the professionals you need to be asking.. you also need receipts to PROVE your expenses..

like was said before this.. messing with USCIS is one thing.. messing with IRS is NOT SMART AT ALL!!

this forum is not the place to try to cheat the TAXMAN.. let me tell ya. .there are other people awhole smarter then any of us here in this forum that thought they could cheat TAXMAN.. well they lost.. so you my anonymous friend have no chance. LOL>.

You asked how many expenses you should put. With what limited info you gave, you were given the correct answer: be truthful. Back-file taxes for 2009 and 2010 asap, get an accountant to help as you are unsure of the process.

whatever is left over.. then thats what you put on your i-864, and if its over the 125%.. then your good..

i didnt work how i can work if im not here .....I am wondering, are the 125% figures given in net income or gross income? I don't see it spelled out on the instructions
