Hello to ALL,

I Want to know if my husband really work my papers,he keep telling me,he was sent my packages but until now i never heard,We was married since 2008.thanks

Hi rhiz,

Sorry to hear that. As what other VJ's said, try mo ulit kausapin hubby mo..Not sure if oks to, try mo kol USCIS if may file kayo doon. If talagang nagfile xa, you can check your status at USCIS website, basta alam mo rin yung Receipt number mo.....We will pray for you ...Sana maging okay ang lahat. God bless.

Oh my it seems that your husband is really lying to you, I'm sorry but if he do sent the application or petition for you he should have a case number by now and you mentioned that he have live in partner there maybe thats one of the reason that stopping him to file petition for you. God bless you!

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...

Thanks to ALL,I always asked the NVC number but he told me until now he did not yet recieve it,i trust my husband, almost now 5 years i was waiting him but only this week i dont trust him,i believe he have a thai live in partner first he confirmed it when we talked i guess he was drunk but in second time i talked to him,he deny the girl and he want me to wait him,so i really dont know.but thanks to all of you.

Do you have kids from him? how long does he stay here in the Philippines when he visits? talk to a lawyer, maybe their is a chance to dissolve the marriage for the ground of abandonment since their is no financial support. Message me if u need help. I have friends with connections. I am sorry u got yourself fooled. I don't think he filed your papers. Stop listening to his lies..you are getting old waiting. Move on! God bless you.

I realize you are trying to help but please only use English in the immigration forums. If you wish to use tagalog, then please use it only in the Philippines Regional forum. Thank you

I am soo sorry to hear this.. It seems there are too many guys that tend to string someone along not caring how much they hurt people.....

Maybe you should let him know that there are prople on VJ, that can help guide him through whatever confusing he is dealing with.. We could talk to him on the message board, to see if he needs any assistance..

Sorry to hear that Rhiz. They are right, your husband will received NOA1 as a receipt of filling the petition in USCIS which is the first step before the NVC process.

If may I ask, when was the last time you've seen your husband in person?

sunshinearizona...What is your problem??? The lady is obviously confused and tormented by the prospect that she is being deceived by her "husband".

Your comments are neither sympathetic, encouraging, or helpful in any way. If you can't help or try to encourage...then shut the H**ll up!

have a talk with him,ask him to send you a copy noa-1 receipt letter, for proof he sent a petition file for you 1-130. you can give this a try send e. mail to nvc ask about your case ,you don't have a case number, put names, date of birth, address of both, see what kind of answer thay will give, like no case on file, no case number, NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV sorry rhiz27 your going through this.
