Hey,

Good news, we got the NOA2 in the mail today saying that my information is being forwarded to the Sydney Consulate. Now Im trying to get together all the required paperwork that I need to send to the consulate once I get the "packet 3" sent to me. So I've got abit of a checklist going and was wanting to know if Ive got everything I need or if I need to add anything else. Any help or additional information will be great!

- Bio Data DS-230

- Two copies of DS-156

- DS-156K

- Affidavit of support I-134 (with supporting documents from sponsor and cosponor)

- DSL-1076

Im not sure if I send this stuff listed below with the above paperwork or take it with me to the interview...?

- Police Check

- Certified copy of Birth Certificate

- Evidence of ongoing relationship

Packet 3 will be an email. So will packet 4 (the appointment letter). You'll send your medical, police certificate, birth certificate, passport photos into the consulate when you get packet 3, and then take your appointment letter, passport, Australia Post receipt, express post envelope and anything else they ask for to the interview.
