Hi all,

I got my first NOA last week which is pretty exciting but the problem is that when i went to the USCIS website to check my status, putting in my reciept # for the NOA i get a message saying that my can cannot be found at this time even though its already been a couple of days now since I recieved my NOA. Did someone have a similar experience? The message read:

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your reciept number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283

Thanks.

I have the same issue for I-765 and I-130. I called the helpdesk last week and they informed me that there is a bug in the system, reason the status for those 2 applications could not be seen online. I suggest you call them.

don't worry, just wait until you get your Bio appointment then use that number to check. All of us are the same, once you get the Bio you'll be able to see it online (using the Bio #).

Once you receive Biometrics letter there will be a different case number on it but that one should work to check status.

Have to love how most of the people here never even read their letter.

Clearly states on the NOA 1 you cannot check your case status until biometrics.

Not to mention the fact I posted in September thread stating my biometric case number and my noa 1 case number are DIFFERENT and I can only check the status with the number from my biometric letter.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I eFiled for I-90 GC replacement and I got the application number online. The same number is on NOA-1 and Biometrics Appointment Notice.

This is for removal of conditions not green card replacement. The two things are different.

I am in the same boat as you and currently waiting. I received my NOA1 for my adjustment of status from a K1 on September 9th. Still waiting on my case status to be found in their system. I figure I will wait until Friday and call them if nothing changes.
