Packet 3 for K1 Visa PLZ HELP!

Hi all, My fiance received the packet 3 and we got all of the papers that they are asking on the check list but we didnt know about the forms that you have to download them online , i tryed to download them online but the website dosent work also we are kind of confused because we heard that you have to bring evidence of the relationship? if thats true when do you send the evidence with the packet 3 or when you go for the interview? also we got a RFE back then...and they were asking for proof of relationship evidence and we already send them what they asked for and after this we got approved please help me out im very confused!

do you have an adobe reader in your laptop?

copy and paste on this website and you should find the site where you can download all the forms.

just choose which forms do you need then fill them up and print 3 copies each.

proof of relationship mainly consist of your pictures togther, printed e-mails, printed chat conversations, phone bills and other documents that will demonstarate your genuine relationship.

They want to see proof that you are still in an ongoing relationship. The proof that you sent with the I-94 was from months a go. They want to see that you are still carrying on a relationship during the visa process. If you have had a chance to be together during that time then bring pictures with dates on them. Also, bring emails and any communication that you two have had during the interview.

The initial petition requests proof that you have met with in the previous two years.

At the interview you need to supply evidence of an ongoing relationship. This could be in the form of proof of a visit since the initial petition, and/or proof of ongoing communications since then. You need to bring your evidence and copies to the interview. Make you you send everything they asked for in the pk3

Thank you all so much for your information and helping me out. My concern is that when they asked as for a RFE they asked for proof of ongoing relationship in 08-16-2011 and i send them borbing passes, lots of pictures handwritten with dates on them,emails and also the passport stamps i have lots of prepaid phone cards but i didnt send them because i dont know if they will accept them...and after this we got accepted we received our NOA2 on the 08-26-2011 now that my fiance received the packet 3 does he has to send proof again?or bring the proof to the interview? and is it ok to send/bring the same things that i already send for the RFE ??? I also found all the forms expect the DS-156 it wont open

he can gather the same RFE proof and more proof dating after RFE on the interview day. not with the packet 3 docs. in TR i sent skype logs, google voice logs, some emails edited, pictures of fejesa dinners, no dvd accepted (for me at leas)t, passport stamps, tickets or hotels and vacation together. general rule: the more you have the better is.

again. proof of ongoing relationship is going to be presented on the interview day by him, not posted with the packet 3 docs!!

concerning the pdf forms.

all you need is a pc conected with a printer and a internet line active + adobe reader app.

in tr its a bit dificult to find a internet caffe that have a pc conected to a printer. if you have one at home its great. you can fill those forms but u cant save them, thats why u need to print them.
