All you do is write one or a couple sentences.

There is no format your making it more complicated than it needs to be.

I had written just a simple two-line sentence about how we met which was on a tour of the UK-- I included the dates as well. They don't need an essay written, so no need to be too detailed. (For once. )

That's it.

That and ONE photo, passport stamps and boarding passes was all we sent.

We met for the first time in 2008, then in 2009 and then in 2010 he moved to my country and we lived together for 6 months. So if I do the math, I should explain the 2009 get together?

My fiance hand wrote hers, she took a full page and provided plenty of details. She addressed to whom it may concern and wrote in first person.

The size of the box is indicative of the length of the response they are expecting. Since you two plan to refer to each other in the present, as we and us, I'd use those type of terms.

Question 18 does not ask you to state how you met in last 2 years.

It asks you to write about how you met for the first time ever.

The instructions state that you must have met within the last two years prior to the filing. Any meeting within this time period is what they want evidence of and what is described in short in this question. If you first met more than two years prior, they don't care about that and dont' want you to describe that.

Thats more about how you first met for IMBRA and all that like whether you met online or marriage broker etc. Kinda makes no sense to me, you only meet each other once, the rest are planned. All your evidence and everything is about meeting within the two years so thats covered throughout.
