Depends on how long it takes you to send in the ds-230 and AOS packages.

you would have to request expedite at the nvc too. Expedites don't carry over to the next step.

Are you saying that you never requested an expedite but that you just got approved fast? I wish that I were as lucky as you! What scares you? Would you like to trade me places? LOL What scares me is having to wait several months longer to get my NOA2.

It seems like we all have to wait about a month these days. I don't think it matters when you got approved. It depends on the date the USCIS sends the file and since you got approved recently, you're good. You should be happy not worried about NVC. You gained so much time on so many people..lol..ridiculous.

I know I am being lucky. Thank you GOD but I am just concerned about NVC timeline. How long a case stays there

That all depends on you. You should have all your documents ready and everything together and prepared to send as soon as you can and remember to make extra copies so you have back up files of everything. When you get your NVC number you can begin the process at NVC. It took us 4 weeks with no RFE but lately it's been taking about 6 weeks. You should start calling NVC to find out your case number and when you hear your case number on the AVR then call back speak with an operator and ask them for your IIN number and tell them you want to be emailed the forms etc. Once all that begins you can start checking the online portal payment and emails for the next steps. It won't take too long at NVC.. rarely they hold it for AP but it does happen but usually you can get thru within 3-6 weeks on average. The interview is then scheduled for about a month or two after the case is completed at NVC.

Good luck

Just have your documents ready for NVC. It took my husband 30 minutes to get his police clearance and everything else was pretty fast. We were at NVC for about 4 weeks (including a quick rfe) so if you have everything and your luck is still rolling you can get out of NVC in probably 3 weeks. NVC schedules embassy appointments and from what I have seen and experienced your interview will be about 6-8 weeks from the date of your case closing.

Tebrikler on your fast USCIS approval!

One of you need to call the NVC and give them your e-mail addresses so it will help make it faster.

I thought you requested an expedite...sorry for the confusion.

The rest of the process depends on how fast you guys pay the bills and send the packages to the NVC.

Oh wow that was fast NOA2, ours took 97 days it was good enough for us anyway. And it took our papers a month just for NVC to receive our case, you'll probably move forward and finish NVC stage faster if you're already prepared with your docs to send, like ds-3032, ds-230, AOS packet and original docs. from your beneficiary. If NVC is still on the same pace then you'll probably complete the NVC stage before or after 2 months. Be patient everyone waited here, you're already so lucky to get a faster approval on what we know the longest waiting takes place (NOA2) good luck

Like everyone else replied don't be worried be prepared. If your embassy has interviews when you case is complete you will get an interview. I don't think the NVC wants to hold any case some people get a date really fast like in days some get like us after 74days. Good luck and I know its hard but soon you will look back on this and remember when as you walk holding hands with your love :blush:
