Hello out there,

Maybe someone out there can answer my question. I am fileing for a CR1 visa for my wife and Son and I am at the point of getting ready to print out all the Biographic info. My question is I have 520 pages of IM history and 480 E-mails, should I print all this info out on paper or could I print some of them from each month and put the rest on a CD and send that to them? We are in the era of technology and I would think it would be more advantages to put it on a CD for them to look at.I would like to thank anyone that can help me with this,Sincerely Andrew M

No CD, pick-out some and send enough to let them know you talk frequently, from each month, no nitty gritty stuff. No media accepted or allowed at interview.

I would like to thank you so much for your help with the Biographic info. I think I understand why they do not except CD's or Media, Probably because of fear of a virus that could potentially damage there system from some nasty person. I shall do the one e-mail and one IM a week and print them out..

I do have a another question that I am not sure of and that is the Passport-style photo that is require for the G-325a form. I know that my wife needs to have a photo and I already have hers, but do I also need to submit one for my self as well? Thanks again for all your suggestions and I hope that I can be of some help for others when I have finish all of this. Sincerely Andrew M.

Yes.

2 photos each of you - size 2"X2" with face (from chin to top of the head to be between 1" to 1 1/3". Write the full name and DOB at the back with pencil - don't press it too hard.

You only need one of each.

"A passport style color photo of yourself and a passport style color photo of your husband or wife, taken with 30 days of the date of this petition. The photos must have a white background and be glossy unretouched and not mounted. The dimensions of the full frontal facial image should be about 1 inch from chin to top of the hair. Using pencil or felt pen, lightly print the name (and Alien Registration Number, if known) on the back of each photograph."
