Good day to all,

I have appllied a visit visa (B2) for my mother, sister (with two childs of 3 years each) and myself, my wife and my one year old daughter.

My financials are good, and having good job in pakistan, my two sisters are in USA (Orlando) having green cards.

My elder sister sent an invitation letter with form I-134 by both her husband and herself.

Just need to know is there anything i am missing, ane how do i prepare for our interview, we want to go for a month long pleasure visit and we want to take our kids to the disney land.

i have plan to take a letter from my office, my tax documets and all property documents along...

plz advise if there is any other thing which can help our case or we are missing anything ?? and how to prepare for the interview ?? and what are the possible question we have to face at the time of interview ??

Best,

Sarfaraz

Why do you need the I 134

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You don't need I-134, I can see what it was prepared though

Tourist Visa's these days to the US are like winning the lottery specially for some countries around the Mid-east

regardless the relation between them and the US citizen or relative, they have to prove without any doubt the strong ties to Pakistan, otherwise they will be denied regardless.

Goot to mention that my parents got denied even with supporting all the documents with strong ties to Egypt, second time they got it though after a big deal was made, as I said its like lottery

Good Luck

A tourist visa is a discretionary item so there is bound to be some cases that could go either way.

However in the vast majority of cases it is pretty clear.

There is a Green Card Lottery.
