he's mailing me the form today and i need to know what he has to write in the blank space at the OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF SPONSOR, next to food stamp act. and i also wanna know if the federal tax returns for 1 year are enough. he worked 1 year somewhere else and couldnt find those tax returns, took a break 1 year and now he's working at his current work place for more than 1 year and only used that tax return thing. thank u very much and sorry for the typing mistakes im super stressed

Not really sure I understand what you mean by writing something in the blank space next to it? All he does is sign and date it in that section where indicated. I see no blank spaces. He can order his past years tax transcripts from the IRS for free online, on the phone, or by stopping into his local office.

stress spoke. someone told me the name of the sponsor goes there...........im dumb. well, probably more stressed than dumb. about the tax returns, is kinda too late for that. he's mailing me all the stuff togheter in like 1 hour. i was thinking to explain the consul what if they ask. he doesnt plan on quitting his job anyway and he earns way over the 125% poverty line

Just his most recent tax return + W-2 might be enough. I am not sure what is required in Romania.

i dunno either, on the instructions i got from the embassy said legalised copy of federal tax returns. now coming back to the affidavit thing, if u hold the mouse cursor over the for it says enter relationship. now THAT makes no sense to me

Just his most recent tax return + W-2 might be enough. I am not sure what is required in Romania.

I agree with this DeeDee. 2010 tax returns and current income. Can this be provided and over poverty levels? (More important is currant income than 2010 returns)

Oh, I know what blank now. Leave it blank. It is some mistake or glitch in the pdf. He only needs to sign and date it. Ignore the extra line that makes no sense.

Never heard of a legalized tax return. Signed by a tax preparer maybe but that don't mean legalized. ???

The relationship is Fiance.

we'll be fine XD they can see clearly he gets good over 19k/year. we didnt have time for that. solved with the affidavit. i have faith ill be just fine at the interview in 10 days. thanx guys *huggles ya*
