this wait is taking sooooooo lonnnnnnnnnnngggg!! I'm beginning to lose my patience!!

Come October myself and fellow April filers, it will be 6 months!!

What are you guys going to do?

A) ignore it and just file for N600 next year?

OR

B) book an infopass appointment to see what the heck they are going to do with your application?

I booked an infopass 2 months after I sent the ROC application because we hadn't received the NOA. They gave Thao a 1 year temporary green card stamp in her Vietnam passport. 2 days later we received the NOA in the mail. Now I expect to wait 6-8 months for 10 year green card. For the 2 year green card we waited almost a year to receive it. It took 8 months for CSC to tell us that Thao's finger prints from the biomentrics were no good and she would have to retake them. I've learned to be very patient when deling with USCIS.

06-29-09 received GC in mail

4-18-11 mailed I-751 CSC

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

we said we weren't going to fuss about anything, until at least the 6 month mark. Now, we have a 6 month break before filing for citizenship

come Feb 2012. I already ordered transcripts of all of the taxes for the past 3 years, we've been sending in copies of our complete returns for

the process so far. We're ready to be finished.

same here i already have my tax transcripts ready to file for my n600 next year.

your'e so lucky you got your 10 year approved and we applied around the same time as each other, I meant to say March filers and not April - my bad!!

I'm ready to book an infopass appointment for end of September!!

Unfortunately, VSC runs way behind. We had a very long wait too, not quite 6 months. Yes it freaking sucks! You'll get your approval though. :)

Just looked at the March filers list, you're certainly not alone. From looking at CSC approval rate I bet VSC will start picking up shortly. Once they do it goes quick. :)
