hi,

2'day I got my case number & IIN number..but when we did the login on line,we are not able to check on that box...pls help me for that..

hey,

try using the latest version of Internet Explorer or any version of IE, it won't work with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox..hope this helps!

Hi Shital,

It's too soon to pay those bills. As you maybe able to login, NVC still has yet to generate those invoices.

Whats going to happen is that you will lose access withing the next couple of days (maybe tomorrow), keep checking the sign in page daily though.

Once the invoices have been generated...maybe Wed. You will then see the option to check the box and pay your AOS. Your AOS bill is generated first than your IV bill.

Your getting close!

HI shitel did you send your ds-3032 choice of agent address form to NVC or not. you cannot login in your payment portal account untill NVC cannot recieved your choice of agent address form when NVC recieved your choice of agent address form by postal mail or if you do electronic processing by email then NVC enter your ds-3032 details in their computer data base and after that wait few days or week and after that you are able to easily login in your payment portal account.

DS-3032 is relevant for generation of IV fee bill only.

Once the case is entered fully into the system ( a manual step that takes place after NVC case number is given and takes around 2 - 3 days - now may be a week), you should be able to logon and the AOS fee bill will be there for you to pay. Yes, once the DS-3032 is accepted, the IV fee bill will also show up. remeber that you will also get an email (a day late) that the fee bills are available to be paid......

I don't agree on the DS-3032 part you mentioned.

Once you get your NVC Case number and IIN, email your DS-3032, so that the IV fee bill will appear quickly - right along with AOS fee bill or at least a day after it. That is how I actually finished by IV process first, as my AOS fee status was stuck for a couple of days.

That's correct. As soon as you get your case number and IIN send the DS-3032 e-mail ASAP!
