10-11-2011 - Biometrics appointment (appointment letter received on 09/19)

11-03-2011 - EAD card production request

11-14-2011 - EAD in the mail

12-08-2011 - Interview date (e-mail notification date 11/08) APPROVED!

12-13-2011 - Card production ordered

12-14-2011 - Card mailed to our address

12-17-2011 - Got gc in the mailbox! Valid until 12/13/2013 <wonderful christmas gift>

I noticed a couple of my fellow September 2010 K1 filers in here with September 12 Biometrics appointments. That happens to be our day as well. It will be exactly 364 days from when I sent in the K-1

I just got my interview notice last week and I'm going to have my interview on December 8! I'm hoping that I would get my greencard before this year ends!

We finally received 3 texts and emails from USCIS yesterday saying they've received our application...after 3 weeks of waiting!!!

May be we shouldn't have sent it via fedex!?!? We paid extra for next day delivery for it to arrive on time but just sit in a PO Box for 3 weeks??? makes no sense...

09/15/1994 First met around this time

10/15/1998 Got separated...

12/05/2008 Met again and officially started dating

07/31/2010 129F package sent out to VSC

08/02/2010 129F package received at VSC

08/06/2010 Check cleared (date on check 08/05/2010 @ Lewisville, TX)

08/09/2010 NOA1 received in the mail (notice date 08/05/10; package received date 08/02/10)

08/12/2010 touched (updated...)

02/28/2011 NOA2 approved (text, email 5:45PM)

We got our NOA1 hard copies yesterday along with the Biometric appt letter (for Oct 3rd). Since my fiance was home when the mailman came, he decided to go straight to the uscis office instead of waiting for the actual appointment. They agreed to get his biometric done then and there so now we're just waiting for interview/cards in the mail :)

I'm an August filer too! filed AOS and EAD last august 12. Received an RFE for AOS september 2 and my RFE response was received by USCIS last september 9. I haven't received any biometrics appointment yet, anyone who's in the same situation? any idea how long does it usually take for a biometrics appointment letter to be sent after an RFE Response REview status at USCIS' website?

Hi everyone I sent my aos package and uscis received it on 8/26. I got noa1s back and biometrics appt letter back on the same day two weeks letter. I did my biometrics on 9/21 and now I'm waiting for ead card and interview letter.

08/19/2011- AOS Application filed (I-485, I-130, I-765)

09/02/2011- NOA of Acceptance

09/27/2011- Biometric Appointment

10/18/2011- EAD approved

10/25/2011- Interview letter invitation

10/27/2011- EAD card in hand

11/16/2011- Interview date (Approved on the spot, no stamp on the passport)

11/17/2011- Card production

11/22/2011- Post-Decision Activity that USCIS has mailed the noticed of the approved I-485 application.

Got the notice in the mail on Monday. We have our AOS Interview scheduled for Oct. 26. That was much faster than I expected. Our EAD and AP applications are still in the initial review stage.

Now we have to hurry to gather the necessary evidence.:thumbs:
