what i need to do?

You need to send what is asked for.

1. Download latest 3 - 4 months of bank statement and submit those. I don't know how much cash you reported in I-864 - the latest bank statement should have balance equal or greater than what was reported.

2. I don't know what other assets did you guys used in your I-864 (stocks or CDs...). You need to send some proof of those showing ownership of those assets.

actually my bro filed I864 for me he did not ask me about CD's Stock like anything.

so he know tht i have gold he put all gold amount in there..i called NVC last night OP told me tht if you have gold you need to send Receipt so we know tht gold it's your.

but i talk to my In-Law about receipt they said don't have any receipt. they just only have 1,2 receipt.

when i gone last time in India they gifted me on my birthday & Anniversary from Maliram & Khurana Jewellers which gold they buy.

i don't know why he put gold in there...

He then needs to work on his new I-864 to provide the details of assets that he got receipts and check if he is able to cover the 125% level and submit again. Discuss with him and get the details done correctly.

i emailed to NVC only my bankstatment, coversheet & email printed copy on friday.

but today mailed them all this again.

he put in my I864 to show them i have this stuff. but now i hope they don't ask meanything else.

if NVC requesting again me about Stock & CD's then i am going to fill new I864.

Jazz88, sorry for I have been busy with preparations for interview (tickets to India, locally here, locally there, hotel booking.... added to this we have unrest in Hyderabad).

The best you can do is to wait for a response from NVC - hoping for case completed for you. The big rush looks like is tapering and now things look like are getting back to normalcy, so November ending may still be a possibility. Don't loose hope.

hey navky..just called NVC op told me our case closed. when ever they ot date for Interview they gone email us.

but i just log in payment site i still can log in.

Great news. Delhi hasn't yet published the November list (Mumbai did), so you may have a chance at late November interview date. we all can still logon to the payment web site, so no worries.

You can either keep calling them or wait for the interview letter to arraive in mail - i think you will know something this coming Monday or Tuesday.

It is better to wait, as you can still get good rate at short notice, as this is not peak season - as long as you avoid Saturday/ Sunday travel dates, you will get great rates.

I can't stay in India more than 1 week due to my work, so I took the risk of booking return tickets for both...... If you don't have such issues, you can go to india as planned and can always call NVC from India, if you have not received your interview information by then. Also once your case has completed, the interview date is only a matter of time. One question - how are you going to decide your return journey ticket along with your hubby? Are you planning on buying one way ticket?

i was have same problem and i was use fire fox and then i try to use explore and then it work with me so maybe you need to ry it and see

I received AOS bill i try to pay it.. but i can't pay Fee..

it happened to me. I called NVC they told me use explorer. I did and the payment went thru

i am going to because my uncle he is really serious stage. i am going to buy ticket return..return means i am gone leave like open whenever my husband ready to come usa so we can come that time. i don't have any problem with my job..because i work for my bro.
