K1, then marriage, then expired !

After the the marriage and have not done the Adjustment of status and the I-94 has expired....what do I do next? I'm worried!

Just file AOS as soon as possible. Nothing to worry over, especially if the I-94 just recently expired.

Probably no problem. if you get in trouble with the law, there is a small chance they will detain you, but it's unlikely.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Don't leave the US if you intend to return. You can't legally work and in many states can not obtain a DL.

Other than that, save your money and apply as soon as possible.
