Hello all VJ fellows :star:

My fiance and I are currently waiting for my interview and hopefully everything will go smooth and I'll be able to enter on a K1 within the end of the year. We are slowly starting to think about the tecnical details of the wedding and we decided we will go for a civil marriage with just a couple of witnesses at the court of justice so that we'll be able to start our life together and we will plan a double wedding for next year (US + Italy receptions). So a simple question came into my mind: is it going to be ok if we get married with just plain wedding bands and a couple of witnesses? Is it going to be enough for the AOS interview or are we going to have issues with it? I'm sure I'm just worrying over nothing but I would like to hear your two cents on this.

Thanks everyone!

Blessings (F)

We got married downtown Chicago with only my cousin as tag along photographer. We have a photo of us and the judge that signed our paper. We were saving that photo in case of AOS interview but didn't need to. We were lucky no AOS interview. Hope yours will too. :)
