OK so we dont like playing the waiting game and was hoping anyone waiting to receive an interview date or anyone who has been through the process can you PLEASE let us know

1, How long you have been waiting OR

2, How long you had to wait

All we need is a number folks ;)

ROC Timeline

4-26-13------Eligible to file for ROC

6-17-13------Sent off I-751 Package

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

Hey,

We will have approx the same timeline as I sent off my packet 3 on 29th July. I've been watching the timelines and it looks like the interviews are held approx. 7-8 weeks after you send in packet 3. I am predicting that given my timeline my interview will be the week 19th - 23rd September however this is just a guess and if any of the documentation is missing or deficient or there is a problem with the medical results I think this can hold up the interview. Good luck and hope you hear something soon!

03-23-2011 - NOA1 received in mail, dated 03-09-2011.

05-31-2011 - RFE requested. They want better passport pictures of me.

06-06-2011 - Additional passport pics sent.

06-08-2011 - Evidence received and acknowledged. Whew!

06-16-2011 - NOA2 received!

07-20-2011 - Packet 3 Received!

08-01-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy.

08-22-2011 - Packet 4 Received!

09-19-2011 - Interview...APPROVED!

09-23-2011 - Visa in Hand

sent our package 3 of on august 8th, had the medical on the 11 and had medical logged with London on the 14th. Still waiting to receive packet 4, our case is listed as pending when i call DOS. This waiting around isnt fun at all

28-02-2011 - Mailed I-129F application.

03-03-2011 - NOA1 received in mail

01-07-2011 - NOA2 received!

04-07-2011 - NVC Received Case.

15-07-2011 - NVC forwards to US Embassy London

18-07-2011 - NVC Received by London

06-08-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy

11-08-2011 - Medical

24-08-2011 - Packet 3 found to have not been received by London

24-08-2011 - Packet 3 Sent to London

25-08-2011 - Packet 3 Received by London (signed for by lyodd)

21-09-2011 - interview! - APPROVED!
