Pls help! need co-sponsor? or not?

ok... i posted same topic but there was online one reply... we need your responses thank you so much!

here goes...

14,000 - fiance's income (doesn't meet 125% level)(no property assets, small amount in bank)

4,800 - fiance claimed this amount in his tax return from roommate's rent

18,800 - income.. so does this mean he met the required poverty level? is the 4,800 counted as income already? or do we still need co-sponsor?

Yes the rental income is accepted, but even with that you are very very close to the poverty limit. Can I ask why the fiance makes so little? If, for example, he is a student it will probably be accepted as his earnings potential once graduating is good. But if he has no education and no good job prospects, I am not sure they will accept that.

He is a server at a restaurant. He said he gets good tips but bookkeeper didn't claim all of it. Recently, he claimed all of his tips so he is getting good pay studs.. That's what he told me.. Imma have him answer your question too...

Get a co-sponsor.... it's always at the discretion of the person interviewing your other half of whether it's acceptable. You don't want to be in that situation...
