Hi vj member

Got a RFE checklist from NVC via email today about missing document said they haven't recieved ds-230 and NVC want me to send with a checklist bared code cover sheet or it will delay my wife interview visa processing and my question that I already sent out my ds-230 package yesterday with bared code sheet will they still delay my paperwork?

I got the same checklist yesterday... Nothing to worry... They haven't enter DS230 in the system yet...

02/22/2011 - Filed I-130 as F2A
02/28/2011 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)
06/16/2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)

NOA2 to NVC (32 days to get Case number)
NVC: (28 days)
07/18/2011 - NVC Received and got NVC case#.
07/18/2011 - Send my Naturalization Certificate via mail and email for upgrading my case from F2A to CR1.
07/19/2011 - Gave both emails to NVC and received IIN#
07/21/2011 - Got confirmation email about changing my petition from F2A to CR1. Up-gradation took 4 business days.
07/29/2011 - AOS Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
07/29/2011 - DS-3032 Email sent to NVC from beneficiary.
08/01/2011 - AOS package invoice shows "PAID" and Package mailed to NVC.
08/02/2011 - DS-3032 received by NVC.
08/03/2011 - IV Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
08/04/2011 - IV Fee Bill invoice shows "PAID" and DS-230 package mailed to NVC.

We received 2 "checklists" during NVC process and everything was fine. I think they just like to send the "checklist" out. :lol:
