We got a RFE for court-signed divorce papers from my wife's first marraige, and sent it all back.. they received it March 22... and we still haven't heard anything at all. Web site just states that they're reviewing it. Taking a LONG time to review.

Original date was Aug 31 :/ Hate being in limbo.

Dang it I finally found someone like myself here. My husband the USC file for me and we also got a RFE. His divorce decree had an error which state he was divorced 2 times when he was only divorced once. They received our responce to the RFE on April 18th and to date nothing. I am also sick and tired of the waiting. Especially when I can sit here and notice people who filed after me is waiting for their interview date and some of which already got their date for June. Yeah I hate it but hang in there I really hope we get a favourable responce from them soon.

Hi everyone! Believe or not I skimmed through this thread from page 1 up to the last page and realized we've been through a lot! I am not sure if you guys got confused when I said I got approved on Feb 17 and then I was posting "hopeful" messages again after. And on April 2 I said I got approved. The first approval was actually my son's and Ive mistaken it to be mine... Anyway, how's NVC process going along? :-)

I'm at NVC stage, AOS sent, IV bill paid. I guess most of August filers must be happily with their second halves by now. A couple of months and we'll reach there as well.

Cheers^^

Yeah but we're almost there too. :-) Now waiting for my interview letter. Hope I don't get additional checklist for both of my packages as I have a little problem with my police clearance. Have you sent your IV package already?

Yeah, sent on friday. Crossing fingers for a june interview. We are hoping to celebrate our first anniversary together. Let's wait and see what happens. Even a july interview is just fine. At this point I will be satisfied with whatever.

Good luck to you

Hi everyone been a while since I have been visited this thread. I see many here have their cases completed now and have a interview scheduled or have had interview already. Really happy we have made it so long of journey but almost complete. Our case was finally completed on the 2nd we had few set backs. Now we are waiting for our interview date. Hope it is soon. But now I'm wondering if I need to get another original copy of my w2 w4 tax documents. I notice in reading they require that. But I thought all documents was forwarded to the consulate. I sent original everything as i was told by one of my friends that went through the process several years back would keep from getting RFE. And I never had RFE. But i never got duplicate originals only copies of the originals. So now I'm nervous should I start going to get duplicates. Hope someone who has already went through the interview can tell me. We want to be prepared early.

Case arrived at NVC a while back as is evident from my signature. However, there has been a delay in getting our AOS and IV packets sent out, due to personal circumstances. But we hope to get our packets sent off by next month and September at the latest, so we shall keep you all posted. Any August filers other than Evelyn been reunited with their spouse yet?
