I am working from staffing agency. Will I get job letter from agency? And is this income count?

It really depends upon your situation. If you are on a long term assignment , temp-to-hire then it would definitely help. Any income helps  We need more specifics to properly answer your question.

It is long-term assignment. But I will put my mom as co-sponser but her income is $20,000 year and she can count as household because she is living with me. So it will be me, my wife and my mom. So 3 person as hosehold member.

Poverty guidelines I'm not well versed on co-sponsors but I'm thinking your income will be critical to getting approval. I'd say by all means get the letter and any documentation available to verify the income. Best of luck and good wishes to you!!

You should be able to obtain a letter of employment even if it is a staffing agency. Your HR rep can write you a letter but you must inform them to list your current long term assignment hours and the date you began the assignment.

Hope that helps.

By reading other VJ threads, make sure you have co-sponser. I dont think $18000 saving would make any difference. Employment letter from you current employer and co-sponser.

Thanks!

Go to HR advise them of your proceedings with USCIS, they should give you a letter, your income is crucial to this.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

They look at income first and then trend of income for last three years. If you're income met the 125% level for teh last 3 years you should be good. If not, then a joint sponsor is the way to go.
